Please help us welcome Dr. Kristen Schulte to our team at VCA Hillsboro. She is a recent graduate of the University of Florida, with a special interest in exotic pet medicine. We are very happy to have Dr. Schulte as part of our medical team. We now have a laser to use for your pet’s surgical needs. Using a laser causes less pain and less bleeding. Fewer infections are reported with laser use due to it’s cauterizing properties. Dr. Kadish has used laser techniques for many years and you can feel confident that your pet will have a safe surgery with use of the laser. If you have questions or concerns regarding this type of laser procedure, please give us a call.
